What is the difference between love and infatuation?

Infatuation, infatuation means an attraction that cannot be diminished, such a stretch which we can't control. Being compelled by our uncontrollable emotions, you get attracted. In this situation, you stake everything in order to get something we are attracted to.  It can be a person, it can be a power, it can be a property, it can be an object, or it can be something like alcohol or gambling. Just as iron cannot be released from a magnet, similarly you are not free from your attachment and you feel that it is only a deep form of your love.  Is it not true? Don't you think of infatuation as love? Then why thinkers have preached to get rid of attachment!

I was thinking about this kind of attraction and I understood that we always take attraction and infatuation as love, but if you think deeply, you will know that there is a fundamental distinction between love and infatuation. When there is love, we wish for someone's happiness, when it is infatuation, we pray for their happiness. After thinking so much, the distinction between love and fascination is immediately understood. Where there is love for someone, we try to give happiness, where there is attachment, we try to get happiness through it. You is are not centered where there is love, where there is attraction, only you are centered.

But what is the difference between love and attachment for things? Think what will you do if you have love for power and office...... you will make ourself eligible for power and office, but if there is fascination, you get ready to do any unfair work to get it.  If there is love for property, we will work hard for it, if there is attraction then you will steal. What do you think about it?

 In this case, the person or thing for   which we are fascinated becomes the   basis of all our happiness. When it is   not received, our mind enters insanity,   some sort of passion arises, night and day   we keep thinking about getting that   person or thing anyhow. To achieve that,   we do not think of fair and unfair   means. This is why a person full of   infatuation hurts himself and society. So   is it so hard to avoid attachment?

No, the simple way to get rid of attachment is to convert Infatuation tries to bind us, so it is always a cause of sorrow, love gives freedom, so it always makes you feel happy. In case of infatuation, you always have to be fake but in case of love you just have to be yourself.
